Keep your faith man. I felt the same too when my home province was hit by another landslide few months ago, burying a whole village. Few weeks after that tragedy, a picture in the front page of a newspaper was that of a newly graduate student who was paying a visit to the site of his former village where his parents and relatives where buried. It was a sad news to learn. Same kind of tragedy happened to that province and I still have another vivid memory of yet another picture that of a mother crying over her lost son. Just strengthen your resolve to face the challenges of your organization.
